Meet the Team

Kaleidoscope Collective is a woman-owned and minority-owned strategic consulting firm that builds solutions for business, government, and community organizations to close the gap between talent and opportunity.

  • Co-Founder

    Jaclyn Le is an impact and innovation strategist with extensive expertise in strategic planning, strategy and program design, stakeholder engagement, and organizational development across the public, private, and social sectors. She has over a decade of experience in impact-driven roles focused on increasing equitable economic mobility for learners and workers through the K-12, higher education, workforce development, and economic development systems. Jaclyn has a Master of Business Administration from the McCombs School of Business and a Master of Public Affairs from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with University Distinction from Stanford University. Outside of work, Jaclyn enjoys playing tennis, being an avid fan of Liverpool FC, and traveling the world.

  • Co-Founder

    Elizabeth Caudill McClain is a recognized expert in strategic planning, workforce development, and public policy. A North Texas native, she has spent over a decade working with education institutions, regional businesses, and the Texas Legislature to increase access to education and living-wage jobs. She is a graduate of the Harvard Public Leadership Credential and earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from Texas Christian University. She served a year in AmeriCorps VISTA at Northwestern University before earning her Master of Education in higher education public policy at Southern Methodist University. When she isn’t gushing about systems-change policy she enjoys running, singing as loud as she can at karaoke, and exploring new cities camping with her husband Clint.
